Please note that as a seller using print on demand services, I do not have direct control over the production process or the shipping of your order. While I strive to provide high-quality products and reliable shipping, there may be circumstances that are beyond my control.

Print on demand services that are both convenient and environmentally friendly. Unlike traditional e-commerce stores that carry inventory, print on demand services only produce items when there is an order. This reduces waste and excess production, which is better for the environment.

 

Since the products are custom made on demand, I do not accept returns or exchanges on items that were ordered in the wrong size or design, or if you simply change your mind. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

However, if your item arrives damaged, please email me at transport.miniverse@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, and provide photo proof of the damage. I will work with my print on demand provider to resolve the issue and provide a replacement item if necessary. Please note that it may take some time to receive a replacement item due to the print on demand process.

 

If your package is missing, please email me at transport.miniverse@gmail.com and provide any tracking information available, as well as any other relevant information such as the date and time of the expected delivery, any delivery notifications received, and any attempts made to contact the shipping carrier.

 

I will work with my print on demand provider and the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide a resolution. If the package was confirmed as delivered but you did not receive it, I recommend that you first check with your neighbors or with anyone who may have accepted the package on your behalf.

 

Please note that in some cases, the shipping carrier may require a certain amount of time to investigate before a package can be declared officially missing. I appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the issue.

 

Laws and Regulations Regarding Return Policies in the EU

 

If you are purchasing goods as a consumer within the European Union (EU), you are entitled to certain rights regarding returns and refunds. The EU’s Distance Selling Directive gives you the right to withdraw from a purchase made online, by mail or telephone, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without giving a reason. This right is known as the right of withdrawal, and it allows you to return the goods for a full refund, including any initial shipping costs. The buyer may be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me of your decision to withdraw from the purchase by sending an email to the transport.miniverse@gmail.com address with the [REFUND] title. You must then return the goods to me without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed me of your decision to withdraw. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the goods are faulty or not as described.
